Our small-batch smokehouse runs on beechwood and patience. Sausages hang to cure for days, never hours — developing the deep colour, snap, and aroma you can't fake with industrial production.

Walk in any morning and you'll smell it before you see it: that warm, smoky perfume of an authentic German Metzgerei.
